There’s no fresh, healthy food without a fresh, healthy planet. 

It’s not a well-known fact, but Earth is the only planet with dogs on it (so far — we live in hope). We think dogs are pretty cool. So we want to look after the planet. And we want to make it easy for our customers to do the same.

Our shipping boxes go directly to our customers’ doors, reducing the need for store runs. It’s made from cardboard and is completely recyclable, once the dog is done playing with it (or “reusing” it). 

Our two kinds of insulation are either recyclable with your box, or dissolvable under running water (like this video!) Check your insulation liner for exact disposal instructions.

Our packs arrive pre-portioned for your dog, stack neatly in your freezer, and take ~12-24 hours to fully defrost in the fridge when you’re ready to feed them.

Our food packs are recyclable after they’re rinsed, and the reusable storage container we provide in every box is made of biodegradable and recyclable materials — free from BPA and toxins.

While we’re proud of our commitment to caring for the planet, there’s always going to be room for us to improve. 

We’re in the process of re-evaluating our entire product experience, from the moment you open the box until you’ve finished feeding your dog, aiming to make every element as sustainable — and delightful — as conceivably possible. But food safety will always be our number 1 priority.
